Meet Brianna

Hi, I'm Brianna! ❤

And I’m proud to be part of Kindness Developmental Center, founded by my mom, Juanita!

I am 25 years old and I've faced the challenges of intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) throughout my life. With the constant love and support of my family and the guidance of special education programs, I’ve been able to achieve more than I ever thought possible. I’ve been working since I was 16, and although there have been many struggles in the workplace, I’ve learned and grown with each experience.

Being involved with Kindness Developmental Center means the world to me! I’m excited to be part of the change I want to see in our community, helping others understand what life is like for someone with IDD, like me! :)

As the first leader in training in KDCI's Leaders in Training Program, I hope to pave the way for future leaders. Together, we can bridge the gap in communication and understanding, making the workplace a more inclusive place for youth and young adults with disabilities!
